Not Satisfied with My Purchase

I ordered a pack of two bras in my usual size, but they were way too small. I wanted to return them for a refund, but they offered to replace them with the correct size. They informed me that my size was out of stock and that I would likely have to wait 5-7 days. I'm still waiting; my original order was placed in early October. They have become unresponsive. I wouldn't deal with them again. Very poor post-sale service. I’m updating this review to mention that I finally received the replacement bras in the correct size. After writing my initial review, I received an email from the company stating they were on the way. Better communication would have improved my experience significantly.

I Feel Cheated by This Company

I feel cheated by this company! I ordered a bathing suit, but they sent me the wrong item and then argued with me, insisting I had ordered it. They wouldn't even allow me to exchange it. I want my money back, but they refuse. I see them as dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid ordering from them.

The Worst Company I've Ever Encountered

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased two swimsuits, but they won't allow returns because they are based in Hong Kong, and they only want to offer a $5 refund on a $45 swimsuit.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would

If I could give zero stars or a negative rating, I absolutely would! I bought a bathing suit from them that did not fit as advertised, and the color was not as shown. I carefully reviewed their return policy before ordering, thinking it was legitimate. I attempted to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, but all they offered was a discount toward additional products on their site! Since their products are shipped from Hong Kong, they can sell them cheaply, but returning them is too costly for the company, so they choose not to accept returns. We exchanged emails numerous times, and the 'best' they offered was a $20 refund on a $40 suit out of 'goodwill,' but then they would deduct fees for logistics and product costs. The bottom line is, DO NOT order from this company! They sell cheap products with incorrect sizing and have a terrible refund policy! It’s essentially a scam.

Very Disappointed - Will Not Allow A Return - Low Quality Product

I am very disappointed with the product and experience with LilyLove. I ordered 2 swimsuits for a total of $79. The swimsuits were fairly cheaply made - they were way too short, so tugged a lot on your shoulders, very small chest pads, and no room for your chest. Before I bought I read their return policy and it seemed like there would be no problem to return if they did not fit.I have been going back and forth with their customer service, and am extremely disappointed. They will not allow me to process a return as their warehouse is in Hong Kong and it "doesn't make sense for either party to go through this hassle". They kindly offered me $20 to keep the product. Like I said, I paid close to $80, cannot wear the bathing suits, and very disappointed that they are not honoring their return policy. DO NOT BUY.

I never post a negative review but I want to make sure no one else falls into this trap. Do not bother with this company! It’s a drop-ship scam! I bought a bathing suit from them and requested a refund within the 30 day return period they offer because the color is off and the fit is completely unflattering! I gave them at least 3 chances to follow their return process for a full refund but they kept giving me the runaround! Because their product is from Hong Kong they refuse to accept a return and only offer a discount to spend more money on their other cheap products. It’s completely ridiculous and a total scam!

Trash company

Trash company - avoid! They sent me a damaged product. It was clear they shoved the suit into a bag too small for shipping, which caused the damage. I sent them pictures and they even agreed. But still refused to refund me. Do NOT order unless you want to risk losing your money to receive unwearable items that you can't return. Stay away!

This company is a joke and scam

This company is a joke and scam. I purchased a few items and split the packaging into 2 shipments. First item was said to be delivered, never received it, shocker, so I emailed them about it and if they could send a replacement or refund or whatever, nope. Second shipment of items not a single thing fit accurately. Like it was 4 sizes too small. Overall hated everything. Emailed them again wanting to return the 3 items that ACTUALLY arrived but were awful and I just wanted to return them and get my refund because it was a good chunk of money. They wanted me to "just keep them" and give me a 20% coupon to their website for my NEXT purchase.... are you for real? They even said so I could purchase the 3 items again but in my size... HAHAH an actual joke. DO NOT buy anything here, not worth a cent.

The return process is ridiculous

Every review I’ve read reflects the experience I’ve had. I ordered two of the same suit that were the exact same size but in different colors. One of them fit just fine and looked great. The other fit slightly differently, but the biggest issue is it’s not the color I ordered. The picture on their website was a bright royal blue and what I received was a deep indigo purple. There was a sticker on the outside of the bag it shipped in that also said purple. When I emailed asking for a refund because I was sent a falsely advertised product, I was given the runaround for probably 10 back-and-forth emails. They would never agree to give me a full refund. It was always a partial refund or discounts for their website. The language the customer service person used was insane - saying things like “we don’t mean to be mean to you” and “ we are trying to get you to accept the product” which is blatant admission to the fact that they are giving me a runaround. They won’t let you physically return the suit because of high shipping cost. I eventually got them to agree to a $30 refund on a $36 suit, but it’s clear they’re just trying to wear down the buyer and not issue a refund at all. What made it worse is they asked me to wait 5-7 business days for the refund to arrive and after 11 days I had not received it. I emailed again asking for an update and they placed blame on the financial institute, but claimed they would reach out for me. Within an hour, I got an email from their website stating the refund had been issued. That means they never issued it the first time! If I had not followed up, I would’ve never seen that money again. The suit that I kept I do like. But if you have any reservations about wanting to return something you ordered, just don’t bother ordering.
