Review Time
Don’t waste your money. After subscribing for my 3 month old I was shocked that most of the “lessons” are not available and require you to pay yet more money to view them. Very disappointed! Shows that the people behind the app are purely only in it to make money. Makes what they do have on there less credible in my eyes.
I’m typically the type of person who reads all the reviews before making a choice about a purchase, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t look into Little One’s reviews online better before buying. I chalk it up to being incredibly sleep deprived and desperate to find something that would help our household get more sleep and be more peaceful and happy. First off, I’d like customers to know what they’re getting, it’s great to feel informed to make the decision that works best for you, when the information isn’t readily available it inevitable that people can be disappointed. I wish I had known that this program would encourage waking my child up after 30minute naps for her age. knowing my baby, it would have prevented me from wasting money and time because it simply would not and does not work for us. But I suppose then they wouldn’t have my money in their pocket… The program is an app that will recommend a schedule and provides some very general advice or “lessons” on sleep training and other generalized “new parent” information. Many things that are easily found in books, free websites and things that will be brought up in pediatric visits. They also may not be age appropriate, like for us, at 7 months. I don’t need to be shown how to burp my baby.I cannot review or provide feedback on the program “schedule” because it went against the advice of my pediatrician and better judgement of what would be successful and not cause additional stress for me and my baby. The whole reason I was in the market for a program was to avoid sleep issues and a training program that would prevent cortisol levels rising for my child. In the end I’m out money and felt incredibly disappointed by my purchase. I sent a very polite email after purchase that it wasn’t what I expected and they told me to try it for two weeks to receive a refund, again I didn’t feel it was right for us and opted not to. I reached out again hoping it would be resolved in exchange to call the whole thing a wash, and refrain from reviewing. Instead they just offered to assist me in navigating the app.Perhaps it’s for the best and I hope to save a desperate family or caregiver their time and money by leaving this review.

Do not buy this program. It’s a massive scam. I bought their program for £70 since they are advertising money back guaranteed if it’s not working, which I know after couple of days that this is not for us so I’ve reached out to their customer service to request a refund, which they refused saying I’m not qualified for. They told me to give it another for 2 weeks. So I did, which as I excepted didn’t work. So I’ve requested another refund and unsurprisingly they refused again saying I’ve not met their criteria because I didn’t ask or reached to their adviser within the last 7days and I should give it another 2 weeks try, which that point 30 day money back guarantee will be expired. This is just a crying out method gentle version they are selling with a good marketing for mum who are exhausted and can’t think logically because of the lack sleep. They have some lessons and tips you can read on their apps some of it useful but definitely not £70 worth. I hope mum will think twice before buying anything from them. They are a New Zealand based company so they won’t honour the UK consumer law which state you can get refund for any services or return goods without any explanation within 7days of purchase.
