Worst custom broker i have ever seen in my lifeI sent my papers with clear invoice and Livingston got confused to whom they can charge for custom brokerage charges even though it clearly says komatsu on invoiceAfter resending confirmation about payable company which was komatsuLivingston team forgot about my previous invoice which was crystal clear and stopped processing by saying my invoice wasn’t clearAfter resending the paper i sent very first time then they accepted that invoice .And on top of that every-time i was calling Livingston ,i was getting a new story about my shipment
Damn awful. The service is beyond terrible. Every single shipment that goes through this customs broker is an experience in aggravation that would test the patience of a saint This broker is a detriment to the trucking industry as it delays drivers consistently and affects the ability to earn a living because the loss of HOS. I encourage my customers to find alternative broker options.
Worst broker ever. They don’t care about drivers. Even though they have that job because of us. Still, they are miserable. Some time i can hear kids crying at back and they have no idea. Everytime i am spending hour and hours at border. I wish if customer can stop using them.
All the positive reviews are written by their team… no wonder they ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. The worst company I have ever dealt with - absolutely ridiculous lack of service / accountability. No respect for business partners. 24hr+ wait at the Canadian border.. just read the other reviews. Should be out of business ASAP.
Always bad experience with Livingston International. Most of the time they process the documents very late and the driver has to wait hours and hours at the border. Sometimes more then 24 h. I don't recommend at all to do business with Livingston International! Please avoid Livingston International!
They always takes more than 3 hours just to start a work on a shipment. Laziness is in their blood. Their calling team loose patience frequently and then they put calls on hold for a very long period (30-40min).
Livingston International is a worst custom broker I ever worked with.They don't care .Reps are really rude and doesnot want to listen or work .This is third in a row in this week we got stuck at border for 24 hours.Every time they have new excuse ,they told me carrier code is expired and i called CBSA and they said nothing wrong with it and then they said they didn't got email .Really pissed off with this service.
They are worse broker they don't care about drivers time, always says on phone team is working on it. what type of team is this. my driver waited for 13 hours and still saying team is working on it . Finally he returned back from border and their team is still working. I think they have only one man team.
