All companies should avoid this cheap broker. No tc of transportation companies. They just need more work without staff.

Horrible Customer Service

I often use to deal with Livingston on a daily basis trying to get shipments cleared. The issue I had was the representatives at the call center often provide the same info as what is on the Pars Tracker and simply ask you to keep checking. I spend on average 3-4hrs to clear a single shipment, I'm not sure why customers choose to work with Livingston perhaps it's because they are one of the lowest costing brokers in the market. I wasted so much time dealing with Livingston that I actually quit my job, didn't want to deal with them, often in the background if your on the phone you do hear a lot of laughter and is line with what you hear from multiple drivers when they check in at livingston. Glad I didn't have to deal with livingston during this screw up.

Livingston think canadian truck drivers…

Livingston think canadian truck drivers not a human beings. They have no families in their homes. I am a flatbed driver. I cross border 2 to 3 times in a week. Due to livingston now we are stuck on a border every week . Every week we have to call livingston again and again. Now in this first week of august 2022 livingston system not working second time in this year. So I cannot complete one trip. I am stuck for crossing the border from 2 days. Who will pay my loss for a week. Worst worst worst broker.

Everytime these guys are ur broker, just cancel all ur other appointments. They enjoy making u sleep in truck stops

COMPANIES THAT USE CUSTOM BROKERS PLEASE DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON INTL, THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOM BROKERS YOU CAN POSSIBLY USE. YOUR SHIPMENT WILL NOT GET CLEARED IN A TIMELY MATTER AT ALL. I AM FED UP WITH THEM CONSTANTLY BEING THE CUSTOM BROKER, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS LIKE THEY DID WITH MINE. SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS MUST STOP USING THEM ASAP!!!

I am sorry I have to use your services…

I am sorry I have to use your services because your services do not meet my expectations at the best of time. You don’t have to investigate this matter to improve your service levels because you have been investigating this matter since 2017 and clearly your investigative processes are not at PAR (play on word there). You do not give your front line call centre agents any power other than to give the same canned response that we will escalate and flag your shipment …and you get the same response when you call every 4 hours. Your company does not respect drivers and their work effort. The best thing we can do is to add a line item that if your broker is Livingston you have to pay layover up front. Hopefully that will compel them to move away from you so you can have breathing room to investigate this matter further.

WORST BROKER EVER

Livingston is by far the worst customs broker of all. It will take them hours upon hours to get your shipment cleared. It is just about impossible to get anyone on the phone that can actually help, most of the time it is someone at an overseas call center that has no ability to help. I would urge any business that needs to use a customs broker to NOT use Livingston. I don't understand how they stay in business with such poor service. DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON AS A BROKER!!!

Spoke with a broker in Toronto. Apparently Livingston's data platform has crashed and they don't know how to fix it - or maybe ransomeware. Anyways the media is not picking it up so sit tight if your are a trucker as you will not be going anywhere soon.
