How are these guys still in business. Worst custom clearance service ever. At times my drivers had to wait a whole day. Other custom brokers take no more than 2 hours to clear a load. These guys take an average of 8 plus hours I swear. They should pay for drivers waiting times. Screw your generic replies to these comments. Go to hell. You should have to pay my drivers the waiting time caused by your malpractice and broken clearing system.
When I hear that Livingston is the customs broker … I settle in for a long wait. Hours of wasted unpaid waiting time. I have lost a significant part of my life due to waiting for these jokers. I sent my paperwork in 24 hours ago and still nothing. Phone them and when I finally do get someone on the line - it is “being worked on”. Frustrating - to say the least. Another unpaid day waiting for them to do a 5 minute job!
Livingston is become a very horrible,very painful,very unprofessional,very care less.I suggest to all stop business. any more with Livingston.Livingston team never satisfied with their client's.So please find another. custom broker who can safe your time & your business.

Livingston is terrible. And they’ve only gotten worse in the past two months. They receive my documents before 10am and they don’t open the file until after 5pm. Calling does no good. They don’t care. They just talk over you. If they have to “send a message to the team”, 9 times out of 10, they’ll hang up on you. I’ve tried to submit a complaint multiple times and nobody responds. There are no supervisors available when you call. If you’re lucky enough to get an email address, don’t expect a response. The fact that I have to deal with this company twice a week makes me want to quit my job. It is hands down the worst part of my week. I expect nothing to change by writing this.
I sent my paperwork to Livingston around 1:30 and followed up with them via phone. Every time I called, they were saying we escalated your file but even after 5 hours they did not start working on it. They are the worst custom broker ever. If you call them before 2 hours they always say we need minimum 2 hours but they keep people waiting for many many hours.
I've sent multiple messages to your team with no response back to me. I even sent a message to your web support but no comments. I sent an order 20 hours ago for clearance and there has been no progress to it. I would recommend that all our customers to use another broker. I called in multiple times and was told that they were working on it but nothing. Not even a return email to explain what the hold up is.
This company system is the worst I have ever experienced. Slow, Rude, Not connected properly, No communication, etc. Especially, they don't work even though they make a mistake so that the customs clearance gets delayed. When I call their service center, most of the ladies are so rude and cut off my words while I'm talking. I can not even contact managers or upper management depart. Every time when I work with them, they make trouble. I do not want to talk to them even. So exhausted. Less than one star, comparing with other companies.
