Load's are never clear on time

Load's are never clear when the arrival time is given. It is almost alway 1-2 hours after the driver has already arrived at the border. Even though the arrival time at the border is given and at customs papework sent a minimum of 2 hours before arrival. We need to make numerous calls in order to get the load cleared

I cross border all the time bw usand Canadaa 9 out of 10 I get stuck at border it's Livingston brocker worst brocker ever.no questions about it I hope people will stop using them and help us truck drivers

Our sales rep is horrible

Our sales rep is horrible. She is not responsive and does not care about the customer. She always over promise and under deliver. Always tell me that " this is not my job or this is not my decision" and ask me to talk to someone else but not herself. Full of lies

Since we have started with Livingston…

Since we have started with Livingston in Mississauga they have improved. Although there are still a couple of issues to work out I am sure we will get there. Livingston in Emerson, MB has been fantastic to work with.

Staff & brokering needs

The dayshift crew for my north bound and southbound do a great job, the afternoon/evening crew not such a good job. Whether it's a lack of staff or knowledgeable staff i'm not sure. I do know that i hate to deal with them on the phone, mostly because your phone system is terrible. You definitely need to deal with your phone system, because no one ever returns calls when messages are left. I try to get all my brokering needs done during the hours of 7am to 4pm, because that's where i feel i get the best service. Thank you

Hello,I am sending you this review with the highest possible glowing feedback I can give. The staff at the Niagara office are amazing. They always resolve any issues I have in a timely fashion. I can always look to them for help.Kelly goes out of her way to process shipments for my drivers who pick up close to the border. Of all the many brokers I deal with, Livingston is one of the best.

Livingston has proven to be one of the best inbound brokers to deal with. They have teams that understand how important it is to keep trucks moving and not have them sit and wait. They provide excellent service and will go above an beyond for us. They have staff that reaches out if a problem occurs and will communicate how to move forward.I always have confidence when dealing with Livingston.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. They need to be trained so that everyone knows what they are doing. one person gives you one answer while the other will give you another answer. then they say "who did you talk to that told you that"? it does not matter who, we should not have to keep track of names when we are requesting a service. Either you knw what you are doing if not transfer the call to someone else. The individuals that handle your receivables do not even know what their process is for taking payments. They are demanding in what they say but yet each of them have different answers.

I never used your service and I was invoiced for a service that i never had. It was very hard to prove that it was not my invoice in fact it was somebody else invoice.Took me many calls to head office to clear my name. The collections agency that you have do not have good training to deal with customers. Terrible service.
