Review Time
I have very bad experiences with Livingston. every time when ever i send them my paperwork they guys neve let me know that all the papers are ok, after 7-8 hours when all the shipper and receiver close that time they told us that they need this paper or information from client. how can we provide that information to Livingston. 10 times my drivers had to stay overnight at border because of Livingston. i dont know why companies are choosing Livingston as a custom broker, who doesn't have any respect of time and the driver who has to stay overnight at the border. all the people go home after work, but only the driver has to stuck at the border for more than 24 hours.Livingston should improve this thing, and this is my humble request to them.
I think the Livingston people that process our paperwork are slow. They do not care that they waste our time. To them we're just a sheet of paper. I've been waiting almost 48 hours for them to process my paperwork. They do not communicate so you don't know if there is a problem. If I had a choice I would not use Livingston.
Offshore useless driver line with roosters in the background. No access to people who enter shipments into system . No contact from noone. If I was CUSTOMER I would definitely change brokers . I am transporter and I am stuck dealing with them

Worst ever customer service you can possibly get. Language barrier and they follow a script anything outside of the script does NOT make sense. Have to send shipment document many times and still wait hours for a response. Avoid this company at all costs.
Worst customs broker ever. I would not use them to clear a empty paper bag, it would probably still take them 30 hours to clear it. They are totally incompetent and unable to do the job they are paid for. So far it has been 20hours waiting for them to clear a dry load of electronics and no one answers you. Always the same excuse we are behind, I recommend any company that has them as their broker to find another one immediately

LIVINGSTON IN THE WORST ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMS BROKER, PLEASE ADVISE YOUR CLIENTS THERE IS BETTER BROKERS OUT THERE LIKE PCB OR PCB USA.presently stuck at the border in Buffalo and knew it would happen as it has happened with them many times before. They got the paperwork at 10:20 this morning and opened it 15 minutes later - it is now 1:58 pm and they haven't done anything, Previously been stuck at the border for days due to their incompetency and complete ignorance of the system and total lack of support for drivers and talk about lying - they must get a bonus for each lie that comes out of their mouths because it is all their staff do. This has happened numerous times and we are sick of it. This load in particular is a hazard load and NEEDS to follow strict rules and delivery times. So sick of this, especially in this day and age where truckers are being attacked for the backlog in deliveries. there is no excuse for this, either get trained staff or close your business - you are causing major backlogs and this impacts the hours drivers can drive and worse is costing them $$$ as they are losing out on work.Read that one company wants to raise a class action lawsuit and more than happy to join them along with reporting them to BBB and CBSA.
THE WORST CUSTOMS BROKER IN THE INDUSTRY . These people have no concern whether your driver is waiting at the border since an hour, 6 hours or even 2 days . I hate how all of their reps talk as per a given script . My drivers are always waiting at the border . I ALWAYS send my shipments 2-3 days in advance but they still cant process them . 8 out of 10 times my drivers are waiting at the border...AVOID THEM AT ANY COST
I would have left 5 stars if the review was only focused on the Livingston employee who rescued my package of valuable samples. She went way and above her duty (the package was not even stuck in her own work read). It really made my day. Professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly - 5 stars for this service!The FedEx package was stuck because somebody else at Livingston in an office had not followed up with a question. Here it deserves 0 star.
