Shoes arrived promptly and I love the Sovereign brogues. I did have to return the penny loafers I bought at the same time and exchange them for a half size smaller. Not all brands offer half sizes, so that was appreciated. The exchange was handled quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service — I’ll definitely use Loake again.
