This is second order from Loghouse and the first one was 8 years ago and is still in fantastic working order. This one is a barrel sauna and the guys that came to build it were magnificent! So quick, polite, friendly and skilled.Awesome work and highly recommend.
The experience from start to end was top class. The sales team answered all my questions during a site survey and then the orders team answered follow up questions very quickly every time I emailed them in the lead up to the install. The install team were true craftsmen and couldn't have been more professional and easy to deal with. The delivery team were great too. I couldn't be happier with eco garden room. It's even better than I had imagined. 10/10 would recommend.
Wow - could not be more impressed! Thank you to everyone in Loghouse for the most amazing experience - from the date of going to see the showroom to completion of our cabin was 3 weeks and for that whole time, every interaction was positive, helpful, clear, directed, honest and so reassuring. The finished cabin is incredible and Ned and his team were so amazing to have in our garden. Special thanks to Rinalds, Eli, Rob, Ned, Eugene and Claudius - and everyone else. The best buying experience I have ever had to be honest!
We are amazed at the speed of the completion of our project for a 6x4m loghouse. Special thanks to Denis, sales rep in Cork for expediting the process. The built quality was excellent & the painter also did excellent job. Thank you also to the recommended electrician (John), which has made the whole process uneventful.

My experience with Loghouse was excellent. The lads that built it were great , hardworking and neat . Worked in awful conditions of snow frost and rain. The reason I went with Loghouse is solely down to Steven in Cork. I was looking at another company , but Steven was very approachable , knowledgable and professional . I knew I could contact him at any time with any questions I had . I highly recommend Loghouse .

Hi,You will be initially delighted with your new Loghouse shed, but just wait for a couple of years.It could potentially start leaking through the window frames and walls, which has happened to ours.Absolutely no after sales support from this company.The Manager said that it’s basically my fault as the silicone is perished. It is not perished, the silicone is as good as the day it was done.Which was 4 years ago.He hasn’t even come out to see it, but he seems sure it’s my fault for not maintaining it.Which is rubbish.The floor is rotting, the inside of the window is rotting.This is the first time I have made an official complaint about anything in my 53 years.Absolutely disgusted, stay well away.Jerry.
