What a fantastic company!!

What a fantastic, efficient, professional service. From start to finish the entire process has been hassle free and smooth. The guys who errected the cabin couldn't have been more helpful and Robert in the office always there to answer any question I had. I can't recommend loghous.ie any higher!!!

Loghouse.ie bad leaking logcabins!

This company isn't what they advertise! Be aware! We got cabin from this crowd in Swords and all our cabin internal corners walls are leaking and are blue with mold and one of the windows and timber panel door is leaking also!They advertise they put U weather board on cabin corners but was never done when cabin was erected, only later when problems started they turner over and placed caps and siliconed some gaps, what doesn't really helps! We got told that insulation in walls is not needed and will be warm with small heater, but that's wrong, heater is on constantly even in small 4x3 cabin.We will soon post some pictures online and wan`t replacement cabin ASAP, as blue, moldy timber can`t be just sprayed with bleach. As that is what your repair guy did! Have to say very expensive cabin as it lasted only over 6monthWe are very disappointed and going to visit your head office soon.

Original cowboy builders - AVOID!

We chose Loghouse.ie as they were 1 of the cheapest and we soon found out that there is a reason for that.Following ground work and preparation, they started building the loghouse much higher than we wanted. When this was raised as an issue they said it was the responsibility of the ground work contractor and the contractors are nothing to do with them.They then immediately demanded full payment, despite this not being required by their own contract terms. They then cancelled the painting contractor, despite their claim that the contractors have nothing to do with them.We ended up having to pay extra for the bottom of the cabin to be covered and steps built to enter it. This only went ahead once we had paid the outstanding balance - despite the contract terms.Relatively early in this process I strongly raised my concerns and there was absolutely no attempt to provide customer satisfaction. The repeated mantra was to pay the outstanding amount before the works would be finished.The contract terms and conditions stated the final balance is due within 14 days (I can't remember the exact period) after the cabin has been completed and all contractors have completed their works.We now have an okay garden room, but not quite what we thought we were getting. The whole process was made much more stressful than it needed to be.
