A big thanks to Eli, Robert and the building team for taking care of our order! We ordered a Wicklow cabin to serve as a gym and a small lounge area and it suits that role perfectly! With the current covid situation, I'm more comfortable to work out at home rather than go to the gym. The quality and assembly was also great, even though I waited a little bit longer than expected. All in all - I'm a happy loghouse.ie customer!
I needed a log cabin to work from home and done my research before choosing loghouse.ieThe minute I stepped into showroom I knew I will be dealing with professionals.Keith and Eli, were amazing to deal with.Due to Covid 19 I have experienced delay in delivery and assembly, but at the end result speaks for itself. After covid we were assured there would only be a 5week delivery time. We booked early June and still have no idea when this cabin will arrive. Still no delivery. This company is only interested in sales. No info provided to the customer and no indicative date still 11 weeks later. Terrible service.
After saving hard to afford our cabin we were originally delighted to see our cabin going up. Issues started on day 1 with timescales (our electrician was left standing around for a couple of hours despite being told to be there at a certain time), day 2 we were asked for cash in hand for works completed on the base of the cabin, we were expecting this to be invoiced. Roof making loud noise once any sort of wind picks up despite the upgraded roof we paid for. Was told paint would be delivered end of last week, still not received.Over two weeks now trying to get our issues dealt with, both contacting the project manager and the service dept. Still nothing resolved. We have tried e-mailing, ringing on several occasions and the only response so far is that someone will get back to us. Heartbreaking as this was meant to be a positive start to our new home. Expensive and unusable as a home office as it stands. Very sad that I have to put up such a bad review to try and get them to contact us. Would rather have resolved issue between ourselves.
Having decided to buy a Loghouse cabin I paid the deposit and arranged a date and time for delivery. THE CABIN ARRIVED ON TIME! It was followed a few minutes later by the construction crew who worked SOOO HARD all day to erect the cabin within the day. They cleared up the site and took all the rubbish away with them. Then they went through how to adjust the doors after settling. They were brilliant and I am delighted with my cabin. Thank you to all the crew!
