Ordered three items into the US. Two arrived but one wasn't available anymore which took them a while to figure out after I reached out to them. Not necessarily a problem but never received a promised refund and was given the run around for several months by their customer service who blamed their payment processing team. Nice products but cannot recommend ordering from them given their unreliable operations.
Great customer service and excellent prices. I ordered two Girard dolls at the end of November for delivery to the US before Xmas. Only one was in stock. They assured me they would get the second item and ship on time. All complete as promised, and well ahead of schedule. Really great prices vs US stores. Strongly recommend this company!
My Item Arrived Damaged- yet the Longhoshop Helped Replace it from the Manufacturer. It Took Longer - but They Kept at it to Remind the Manufacturer to Send the Item again. I Appreciated their Help & Effort to Resolve the Issue & Get me the Product I Wanted.
I was searching Google for a specific Vitra shelf and found it at Longho with the best price. I was apprehensive at first placing the order due to concerns regarding the website's legitimacy. Their product selections were excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. I decided to take the chance and ordered a couple of items. I immediately received what appeared to be a legitimate order confirmation. I sent them a note requesting a delivery estimate to which they promptly replied. The delivery estimate was much quicker than I expected for an international shipment. I received the items two days earlier than the estimated delivery date in perfect condition. I will absolutely be ordering from this awesome shop again. Excellent selections of modern design items with reasonable pricing. Couple that with prompt international shipping and wonderful customer service. Longho is my new go-to modern design shop hands down!
