I'm convinced I have been scammed by this site. I placed an order on 10th December and there's still no trace of it. I can't get a straight answer from them on their messenger service. They keep asking me for the same information over and over again to avoid answering. Claiming they can't find the order on my account. I finally got a tracking number from them but it hasn't updated since Dec 11th and now look fantastic won't answer me.Money was taken from my bank for it on the 10th.
A slight mix up with my order, which is to be expected this time off year. I contacted Tina on customer service, the response was prompt and my issue was resolved without any issue, I got assurance my product would be on the way ASAP and indeed it was. Tina was so helpful so a big thanks from me.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Lookfantastic Ireland. After waiting 8 days for my order, I was suddenly notified that part of it had been cancelled—with no prior notice or explanation. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and transparency is appalling. I won't be shopping here again.
I've placed an order on December 1st. The site mentioned that the orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2-4 days, so was expecting to receive the order by December 5th. Today, on December 4th, I've checked the status and it mentioned that the order is still being processed. I've contacted support via online form asking what's the order status was. They answered in an e-mail and apologised for the delay, mentioning that the order will be processed as soon as possible. Since I needed this to be delivered by the certain date, I decided to cancel the order and go and buy what I need. I've tried to do that twice today via online 'manage your order' page, but both times I was sent the e-mail back with apologies for the delay and another promise to process the order as soon as possible. Order status is still the same- 'processing'. So now I'm stuck with the order that will arrive too late and company that makes it impossible to cancel the order, even though they haven't dispatched it yet.Will definitely try to find a way to get my money back through customer support and protection services.Wouldn't recommend to buy anything from them unless you are ready to wait as long as it gets them to process the order.UPDATE: During the week customer service wrote me twice that the order has 'entered dispatch process', whatever this means. Today (a week after the order was made) I've received an e-mail "sorry it's not dispatched yet". Really?!!Also, they have removed the "cancel order" option from the site. So it is really impossible to do anything from my side now.UPDATE: I have received a full refund and explanations that order was lost. And then, two weeks later, I have received a notification that my order is delivered and ready to be collected within a week.Two days later I receive an e-mail saying that I have only 24 hours to collect the order. Sent the message to customer service asking what should I do now, as it is not possible for me to collect and the order was cancelled and refunded already.
Ordered shampoo on 02.12.24 with the website stating 2-4 days for delivery. After day 5 I followed up for them to tell me they were sending a replacement without me asking for one and without telling me why a replacement had been sent or why there’s a delay. I requested a refund and they told me I’d have to wait till I got the product to send back and apply for refund. New delivery date is between now and 17 December but tracking hasn’t been updated for days and I still haven’t been told why there is delays after asking at least 4 times. I’m not hopeful to even get it by 17 December! An absolute disgrace treating customers this way and I can see I’m not the only one having this issue!
I have made an order from here and my package didn’t come customer service team is not helpful at all I filled up a a none receipt of goods forum around 10 times and still they send me same message over again would not recommend ordering from here it’s 50/50 if your order will arrive !!!! Very very disappointing !!!
Beware false advertising!! So disappointed recently in my purchase. There was a deal to buy two clinique sets and to get a third gift set free worth 64euro. I said Id spend that bit more to receive the free gift. Just been sent an email this week to say they dont have the free gift and that's that but I will receive my other two items.Would Not have bought both if I had known I would not be receiving the free gift.Completely taken advantage of and false advertising!
