I ordered an advent calendar with them as soon as I could and was so excited to get. The address that was placed on the parcel was not the one given to an post as I could view it on the tracking. I’ve sent screenshots to show it’s not the address I gave, you can only contact customer support via email. When I do they just advise me of the tracking, it’s been over a month and I don’t have my parcel. I’ve asked multiple times for a email address for a manager or to a complaints departments and every single time that part of the email is ignored. Please avoid at all costs if you are in Ireland. It’s not worth it.
I have always ordered with lookfantastic and found the prices and services excellent. Last month I made another order and it was the first time it was incorrect. I contacted customer service and straight away the issue was resolved, they were so apologetic, so helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve. I can honestly say it was probably the best customer service I have experienced in a long time and I will 100% be shopping and recommending LF to friends and family. You don’t get service like that anymore, so we’ll done to the customer service team and to LF.From a very happy customer
Ordered some products as a gift for my niece. Wrong products were delivered. Look Fantastic asked me to get price for returning the products in the post. Didn’t want to put my niece to this trouble as was a gift and no fault of hers. No further contact from Look Fantastic in trying to rectify the situation. An expensive mistake for me, very disappointed. Will not purchase from them again.
Issue with Fastway who delivered my parcel to the wrong address on May 16th. Advised both Fastway and look fantastic immediately. LF keep telling me to wait a further 3-5 working days while they "investigate". I still have not received my purchases or a refundVery poor experience with them and I would not be ordering with them again as I now need to contact my bank to try and reverse the charges as they don't seem to care
All good with Look Fantastic until you need to return something you ordered twice (by accident). Unbelievably poor customer service. They respond,I’ll give them that, but it’s been weeks now of ‘we’ll get back to you, sorry for the delay’. ‘We’re looking into it for you’. I’ve bought so much stuff on LF. This is beyond disappointing. Clearly I’m just being fobbed off by bots.
I have ordered twice from this company & there were issues with delivery on both occasions. I had to follow up with customer service both times. First order was eventually received over a month after I first placed the order. Most recent order, I opted for a refund* as I am not willing to wait. Very unfortunate as they have a great selection of products at good prices but I would rather pay a bit extra to avoid the hassle of dealing with these issues.*Refund pending - will update review when received
So upset ordered a muti styler from beauty works in November broke now !! Keeps going off and having to hold the cable a certain way for it to work ! All I want is for it to be replaced I will send old one !! Order off look fantastic a lot
