I haven't received my order yet. I bought an expensive palette and after contacting the cs It look that I should wait a month for that ( just ridiculous) Delivery was planned for the last week. Now I want a refund. First and the last experience with this website.
Hi there I've been reading reviews about your company on Trust Pilot which in hindsight I probably should have done beforehand. I find it concerning that Look Fantastic are still just processing this part of my order the most expensive bit - 3 x Advent 2022 calendars €293.25 but have not yet dispatched 3 days after I ordered it. I find this strange... 2 bottles of OPI nail polish dispatched OK. Could it be true what other reviews have said? It appears you are charging for items you don't have in stock? I'd prefer if Look Fantastic were up front and just said they don't have items in stock, and, I'd spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. I find this very misleading. Made order 14.11.2022. Order stated delivered on the 18.11.2022 but was never received. Have sent email and messages via Twitter but no resolution as yet. Customer service team are very polite but provide no real detail on progress. Have requested refund and heard nothing back.
Tried to put through an order but unable to do so as it refuses to recognise my visa card despite which is working perfectly for all transactions. Tried another card with same response. So annoying as I am being bombarded with email advertising their products and the will not recognise that the fault lies with them.
Ordered November 2021, never received and had to wait ages for a refund. Tried to give them business again this year, only for the same thing to happen. Where do the products go if they have been dispatched? So disappointed, and customer services is absolutely dreadful. Twice!!!
Terrible customer service experience. Chasing my order almost a month now and still no explanation as to where it is. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed and still waiting for my order or refund. Shocking!
Do not order from this company. They are impossible to contact to query delivery. My order was made on 1st October to what appears an Irish site. No sign of parcel as of 21 October and all attempts the contact 'The Hut' parent company in GB have failed. I will never order from them again. Appalling customer service. I should have ordered from my trusted Amazon.
Order never arrived. Online chat unavailable. No direct email contact except through portal. Received standard stalling replies. Requested full refund immediately. Got different emails confirming it was a) despatched b) delayed being despatched and issued a different day and c) when I queried the whereabouts on this order on two separate occasions, I was told the item was despatched but lost in post and then it was mislabelled and was recalled??? Was told refund would take up to 5 days to be deposited back to my account. DO NOT USE. VERY POOR.
