I shop online a lot and also work in e-commerce and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had or seen. I ordered 4 items and paid for next day deliver. The next day delivery did not happen with the courier stating that no one was in. It was being delivered to my work address where there is a reception and always someone available. I checked the cameras to see if maybe they didn’t try the door or something and no van pulled in at all that day. So I left it thinking it would come the following day and again the same thing happened. This went on for days until it was marked as delivered but I received nothing. When I checked the photo confirming delivery, it looked like it was in an apartment building with lots of cubby holes and just left in the floor in front of that. Not safe at all and not at the delivery address given. Again I checked the cameras and no van pulled it and nothing came to our offices. I contacted lookfantastic who told me I needed to fill out a form at wait 3-5 days more to hear back from courier. I did this and politely asked if they could issue a free delivery code in the meantime as I purchased the other items elsewhere at this point as desperately needed them now but one item I couldn’t get in store so still wanted to order it. I was told no multiple times saying I needed to wait for this issue to conclude. It was crazy that I was prepared to spend my own money to replace it but kindly just asked for free delivery to cover and they denied it. I feel this was unreasonable but still just left it thinking it was only 3-5 days to wait. I was wrong. The 5 days elapsed and I heard nothing. So I contacted them to chase it up. Following this they told me it was because I didn’t sign my form manually, I did it digitally. This is not the case. It was printed signed manually by myself and scanned back in before sending to them. It was also acknowledged by an advisor and I was told it had been sent to the courier. Why would they tell me this if there was something missing or wrong? This really should be a simple check of the delivery scan location for them to see it’s no where near my address for them to issue a replacement or refund. At this point I’m becoming very unhopeful that I’ll ever get my money back and warn others to stay clear in case this happens to you too. It’s been time consuming and frustrating and I’m still out of pocket for quite a lot of money and still don’t have anything to show for it. They’ve been very unhelpful and there are other beauty sites to shop on instead.

Ordered Paco rabanne invictus platinum 100ml, I got delivered whey protein. When I brought this to their attention I was messaged saying a replacement has been requested and I'll receive a confirmation email when the item is sent. Few days later they message looking for pics and description (no problem with that) to then tell me to send the whey protein back and after they received it they'll send out my replacement.When I queried why I was told I was being sent a replacement to then having it changed a few days later I got an email not 2 minutes later saying that my order had been refunded.Again I queried why I got a refund I never once asked for all I got was an offer of £5 credit which I said I don't want I just want what I ordered.Stay away from these cowboys this is the first and last time I'm ever ordering from them.
Agreed delivery timeframe on the website to Ireland is 3-4 working days. I ordered 22/6, with delivery expected 25/6. I emailed to enquire as it no longer gave an expected delivery date. There has also been no update on tracking info since 22/6. I emailed to ask for an update and was told “I have looked into your order and found that your order is within the delivery time frame as delivery to Ireland can take up to 21 days to be delivered.”
I would rate 0 stars if I could! DO NOT ORDER IF IN IRELAND! I ordered on 4th of June. Estimated delivery was between 9th of June and 14th of June. No updates regarding delivery except that it has been dispatched. I wrote an inquiry about shipping update and was told shipping can take up to 30 days, fair enough. On 22nd of June surprise surprise get a mail that my order has been returned, which thrilled me since I never even received it. All reviews from last few days point to major issues so again DO NOT ORDER! In case there would be a response, it’s order 409338388.
Do not purchase from here!! I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago, it still has not dispatched! But you bet I've been charged!Order placed on MAY 24th, today is JUNE18th!!I've contacted LookFantastic twice now to no avail. They don't even respond to messages sent from your account so don't bother.And when I reached out on Live Chat the agent said she would make sure it was sent. That was a week ago. LIES. What's worse is if I go online now all the products are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours on the website! WHAT A JOKE.UPDATE 21st June: Reply here received yesterday claiming that they have sent me a message somewhere? to resolve. No message here on Trustpilot, No message in my emails, and no reply on my LookFantastic account. So I wonder where this magical message is? Disgusted with this cookie cutter "response". More lies again it would seem. Live chat has also been down for 2 full days now.
I STILL await delivery of my parcel??!! Your LookFamtastic.ie is entirely misleading. Clearly you do not essentially operate DIRECTLY from Ireland. As most do in Ireland, due to Brexit, I now totally AVOID ordering anything from the UK. I will advise all I encounter of my unfortunate exoerience with your company and, needless to remark, will NEVER enfage in business with you again!!
