I ordered a reduced product. They charged me full price and when I pointed this out within 20 minutes they said they couldn't do anything but send out the order and then get me to return it for a refund, and then send me out another one!!!! I then said I'd like to cancel my order as I felt scammed, and it was too much hassle but they couldn't do anything as it had gone to the despatch stage.Today I receive an email that it has been delayed so obviously it was all lies. Very fed up at this stage.Update - company came back to me and said it had cancelled my order finally and were very apologetic. But just watch the so-called reduced prices when you are ordering!
