Unfortunately I can’t leave no star or even minus stars! Customer service is deplorable. They are very fast to respond but answers are scripted so don’t expect an actual answer to any question posed, this also explains the speediness of response. I contacted lookfantastic customer service as according to tracking, my order delivery was attempted 2 days ago but failed and a call card was left. Thank god for my cctv as I have checked through it and no delivery/courier visited my property much less left a call card. I brought this to lookfantastic attention 3 times and it was ignored each time. Only to finally be told delivery can take up to 21 days so keep an eye out for my order! (It does not mention 21 day delivery anywhere on its website) Surely they should contact the courier to find out what has happened. It is more than apparent that this company couldn’t care less about customers and once they have your money you may or may not get your order they don’t care as they’ve cloaked your money! Roll on Day 21 so that I will receive my refund or take them to small claims court. Please just avoid this company as there are so many other legitimate beauty companies that use legitimate courier companiesto deliver. I will never order from them again and will be spreading the word of the shoddiness of this company wide for all to hear!
