I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this company operates. How can you finalize a deal and make payments only to be told the room isn't available, with a demand for an extra £620 to secure another? The flight price also changed moments after booking. Yet, when trying to rebook, the same room is available at the same price. Terrible service!
I am very grateful to the team working with reservations for their help to us and their skills in dealing with the problem that initially arose in the discrepancy of the data between the supplier (hotel) and the offer from the agency in the availability of rooms. I am glad that everything was resolved quickly and competently and we were able to enjoy our vacation in peace. Again, a big thank you to the team for their work and abilities.
My experience was great from start to finish with Love Holidays. I have used this company several tomes to book my holuday as I find it stress free to book then receive my cpnfirmatipn of my booking. Everything can be found on the Love Holidays app regarding my holiday. Also like the option to pay up my holiday in instalments which suits me. Flights alk included in my holiday and easy to navigate to flight infirmation vua the app. Would definately recommend Love Holidays as uts super easy and straight forward to book
