Fraudulent practices, booked flights with one airline but received tickets from another. Was charged an extra £800 to change my wife's name. Received conflicting flight details. False advertising, as the airline confirmed that no flights were booked. Avoid at all costs!

The country is lovely, but not very accessible for wheelchair users due to many hills. The hotel was also challenging. We usually book with this service and have a good experience, but this trip was difficult. We have another booking for March.
Great deals and easy search, but proces can change, so just have in mind. What would massively improve the experience is to haveva function to make a list, save to favourites selected deals. All in all really good and have not found bettwr deals elsewhere. The only problem is with unresponsive supplier now. LH could create an option for the comma to be going through them like booking com for accountability.
