I searched up a package holiday deal online and then called an agent to discuss the booking. I was offered a small discount on the online price which in hindsight feels like it was offered to entice me to make the booking. The agent also mentioned that there were only 5 seats left on the flight I was enquiring about - all this felt like pressure to book, which I did. However, when I checked online again the next day, the same deal was available for several hundred pounds cheaper! Overall, I felt pressured to make the booking with a hard sell!
