Would be a 0 if possible booked a holiday months ago then flights home were cancelled , only other flights are into an airport 2.5 hours from home with 3 children so can't even park a car.paid £2200 only offered just over £300 refund so a loss of £1900 they dont care false promises of call back avoid at all costs use a reputable travel company as these really couldn't care less what details are not correct why are you wanting to message me privately why not on the public platform so everyone can see what rubbish you are spouting
SCAM WARNING DO NOT BOOK WOTH THEM. You have now attempted to take unauthorised payments from my account on multiple occasions, the most recent being this morning.UPDATE. Provided details as requested booking number etc. And they come back saying we cannot locate your bokking. This seems to be a generic response. Trying to make out that i or others who have put bad reviews look like fake customers. This company is going down the drain just google the CEO Donat Retif and see the other compqnys he has been a ceo, all.of them have 1 star reviews, its apparent that the ceo is out of his depth! I have no idea how he hebgot this job on his past expeeiance, since taken this role at loveholidays it has fone down hill imo. This conduct is unlawful under UK law, specifically Regulation 55 of the Payment Services Regulations 2017, which prohibits any payment transaction made without the valid consent of the payer. Such transactions are illegal, unenforceable, and must be refunded immediately.I have withdrawn my consent in writing on multiple occasions, and your continued attempts to charge my account constitute a serious breach of both the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR.Unless this behaviour ceases immediately, I will be reporting the matter to the police via Action Fraud and will reserve my right to pursue legal action for the distress, anxiety, and inconvenience directly caused by your unlawful actions.
