I was looking for my holiday for next year, on line. A day later a lovely customer service representative rang me, Tommy, with exactly the hotel, flights, board and transfer I was looking at for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure booking with loveholidays and will book my next one for later in the year.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! BOOK DIRECTLY AS THE SMALL SAVING IS NOT WORTH ITNever book with this company! Me and my boyfriend booked a birthday trip to Jamaica and a natural disaster hit the country in a category 5 hurricane. Manager call backs will also not be escalated even if your flight is next week! They are refusing to issue refunds despite this being an exceptional circumstance as per their own terms. They have stated they cannot even get in touch with the hotel/their supplier and gave us a timeframe of 72hours which has now also passed.Their own terms state no changes can be made within 5 days of the booking but what can we do if the hotel is closed and not responding. They are refusing to be helpful so make sure you are aware of these factors and the fact that if you need help they are a nightmare and regurgitate their policy at EVERY turn. They have offered a quote of double the price we paid for the whole holiday to move it, when on their own website ot states the same price that we paid if you try and book for in 1/2 months time! How can they simply not issue a refund under the exceptional circumstance term or amend the dates. They need suing which we are considering…
