Awful customer services

Awful customer services. Wouldn’t let me cancel or amend flight. Told me nothing to do with them and to contact the airline directly. Cost of Etihad baggage is extortionate. Love holidays have no warnings to this. Avoid at all costs.

No Refunds

Booked transfers and tried to cancel 12 hours later and they cannot refund for the transfers.Pretty much everything you pay for is none refundable even if its an hour later
