I have used Lovely Flora World several times in the past and have always had a good experience, which is why this order was particularly disappointing.
I placed an order late on a Saturday evening and selected a specific delivery date, which was offered as an option on the website. I later received an email saying the flowers would arrive a day later. When I queried this, I was sent the same generic response twice, clearly copy and pasted, explaining that delivery dates are only a guide. This was not clearly stated during the booking process, and the issue was never properly engaged with.
More concerning was the bouquet itself. The flowers delivered did not match the images shown on the website. The advertised bouquet is predominantly red, particularly the roses, but the arrangement received contained a large amount of yellow flowers. When I raised this and provided photos for comparison, this issue was completely ignored in the responses I received.
Overall, the lack of clarity during booking, combined with generic copy and paste replies and a failure to address the actual product discrepancy, resulted in a level of customer service well below expectations. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to use this company again.

Deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days of the selected delivery date, during busy periods - such as valentines.
However, if your order is placed after 5pm which is our cut off time for next day delivery, Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the day after. It is now day 4 and still no flowers. I have requested a refund and have been ignored. It's a pity because the first time I used them I ordered flowers from Cananda.
I am absolutely furious with this Valentine’s flower service. I placed my order on **25th January** Nearly three weeks before Valentine’s Day, specifically to avoid any last-minute issues & to make sure everything would go smoothly. Clearly, that was a complete waste of time.
Valentine’s Day came & went, & the flowers never arrived. I waited in all day, expecting the delivery at any moment so I could surprise my wife. Instead, I was left constantly checking the door, refreshing tracking (which was useless), & ultimately feeling embarrassed & disappointed. The whole point was to create a special moment, & because of this company’s incompetence, that moment is gone.
There’s absolutely no excuse for failing to deliver on the one day your entire business is built around, especially when the order was placed well in advance. If you can’t handle Valentine’s Day demand, you shouldn’t be taking orders weeks ahead & making promises you clearly can’t keep.
Now I’m left scrambling after the fact, with no surprise, no flowers, & a very disappointed wife. Completely unacceptable service. I will never use this company again & would strongly advise others to avoid the risk, especially for important occasions.
My flowers were due to be delivered today as I ordered next day delivery when I ordered yesterday.
They will not be delivered today and advised me to look at the small print!

I wanted flowers delivered for a birthday, and this service was the only option available on Sunday, which is why I chose them. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived on Monday instead. They looked nothing like the picture and were mostly wilted. They were low-quality flowers, making it a waste of money and ruining the occasion.
If I could rate lower, I would. I ordered flowers for my aunt for Christmas Eve and upgraded my order. They arrived three days late, and most were wilted. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns about the delivery date, which was not indicated as a mere suggestion on their site. Please avoid this service.
Terrible experience! Don't waste your money! I ordered flowers for delivery on the 27th of December, and they haven't arrived, with no communication from the company. I've been trying to call all morning without any answer. Don’t promise specific delivery dates if you can’t honor them!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my aunt to be delivered on Christmas Eve and paid a premium for them. They arrived three days late, mostly dead, and looked like they had been neglected without water. Their customer service is appalling; they dismissed my concerns and offered no resolution. Please avoid this service.
