Their customer service is shocking. They are clueless, slow, and have no idea how to do their jobs. Disgusting behaviour, hounding me for a debt that is not mine after speaking to some women on phone explaining numerous times the situation was so tired of going around in a circle hung up , will cut all communication and if they continue will hand it over to my solicitor to sue for harassment
