Old Lloyds account 2001 your company issued a ccj on a debt that was statute barred by 12 years do you realise it is illegal the ccj failed and was dismissed that was 2014 now 10 years on you are still trying to get payment for a debt that was statute barred in 2007 I've repeatedly asked for copies of cca and proof that the ccj was settled in your favour you gave me some bull about a £1postal order I've asked for evidence of payment guess what you have no records of any thing dear ana what's the point contacting you all you want is money how can you work for company that break the law by trying a ccj on a statute barred debt how can you sleep at night my name is George Taylor 29/12/51 look up your injustice

have almost paid off what i own went to access there web site a month ago but unable to get my records up web site always crashes so have emailed them and all i get is a run around and told to phone up even though i explained i am unable to use a phone

I had the identical same experience as everyone else on here …

I had the identical same experience as another poster on here with a phantom 3mobile bill not in my legal name. I was continually harassed with this , Lowell say i owed £127 to 3 in 2018 and filed a credit default.I sent endless 'prove it 'letters and they admitted they had no copy of any actual contract but that the sim being used was proof enough and kept demanding .I was advised by Christine the lady I spoke to yesterday morning to pay the balance and that this would help my credit rating which plummeted because of the default,I had already had referred the case to the Ombudsman and reported it as fraud.At no point did Christine advise me that paying would admit my liability for the debt and end the Ombudsman enquiry.I only found this out because i rang Lowell back to get an email receipt which hadn't arrive, and the next advisor Lesley told me and also advised to try to get the payment back from my bank who refused . My bank refused ,they needed confirmation that Lowell misled me ,Lowell refused .I spent all day on the phone being bounced around and cut off randomly ,each advisor contradicted the last there is no accountability and it is clear they just do whatever they want to people and enjoy the power of it . They are the absolute worst most dishonest company ever.Their complaints procedure is a joke and they will never admit fault or reverse a decision.

Still no refund after 30 days from this company fraud this is ? You took a payment from my bank when this bill was paid in full then you tell me my funds will be returned to me in 12 days and still nothing ? Then you tell me a cheque will be sent 10 days later still nothing ? Then you tell me to contact my bank . How rude you all are and dont even say please contact us up so we can sort this out as i have contacted you up now over 5 times to the same fibs . Now look at this from another perspective ? If it was me owing you money or other people you would be sending threatening letters with court action and fees and ccj action equals more costs . Please explain to me why this makes you different to everyone else do you get special privileges . I bet your the kind of people who do 90 down a motorway becaouse you have special privileges . But you dont your just another person like the rest of us in this world and you sure dont break the law and get away with it at all costs . Now its my time to fight back with legal action i look forwards to you receiveing my solictors letter and me taking legal action against lowell its only fair as you would do this to us all if we did not pay ? What if we said to you the must be a banking error then 10 days later i said i will send you a cheque and still you had received nothing then i told you to contact you bank to claim the payment would you be happy . The stress you have caused me in tyring to receive what is rightfully mine is just not on at all . And its about time the world will see how foul of a place you really are . I am going to be so rich afer this court claim and you will be out of pocket by compensation . court cost and solictors fees i Warned you not to continue this but you clearly thought i was stupit and did not know UK law

How did you get this number?

So Lowell contacted my house phone, something of which I do not use due to working solely on my mobile, they were incompetent and concerned my mother due to being a debt collector. When I asked them how they got the phone number of my house they did not know and supposedly could find no record of the house number being on file, I suggested them getting their superior to contact me regarding this matter. Someone managed to get this phone number, and I will be seeking legal advice if this is not resolved.
