How did you get this number?

So Lowell contacted my house phone, something of which I do not use due to working solely on my mobile, they were incompetent and concerned my mother due to being a debt collector. When I asked them how they got the phone number of my house they did not know and supposedly could find no record of the house number being on file, I suggested them getting their superior to contact me regarding this matter. Someone managed to get this phone number, and I will be seeking legal advice if this is not resolved.

Awful incompetent people!Reference: 424950988I received a letter claiming they "bought" debt from BT and that I owed £269! I was livid. First of all, I had no debt with BT, the account was paid and cleared, and on top of this, they then added a default to my credit file. I called straight away upon receiving the letter to be met with a useless unhelpful woman who kept claiming she was 'trying' to help me but in fact was the most unhelpful person I had ever had to deal with. I explained to her I had multiple pieces of evidence proving the account was paid including text messages confirming payment, emails and bank statements but she was just snooty, disgusting and didnt seem to care! After I spent 40 minutes on the phone I called BT straight away to file a complaint, they informed me the account was indeed closed with no balance to pay, to protect myself I recorded the conversation and also sent that to Lowell! Still waiting for them to come back to me. BT then stated Lowell had the ability to call them, use a password and speak over the phone to clarify the matter and this could have been sorted within minutes. But the woman I dealt with had no intention of actually doing any work whatsoever and felt it required to drag out the process, despite this being detrimental to my livelihood and my job! BT stated if Lowell had called them they could have told them there was no outstanding balance and it was simply an error - but no, instead she decided to keep me for 40 minutes repeating 'I must follow process' rather than picking up the phone and making a 5 minute phone call. I sent them the call recording and all the evidence and I am still waiting for them to sort this mess, however they have no issue sending me automated emails to set up an account with them I do not require because these f-tards simply are unable to do a job! BT have stated they will remove the default and will call me to confirm, far more helpful than this bunchy of clowns! If you get a letter from them I advise you to challenge it and keep all evidence!As they are regulated by the FCA I will be taking this matter further and sending all the evidence to all regulated bodies of this company abuses its position and fails to act accordingly

Constantly getting letters for Notice of Sum in Arrears

I have 3 debts that were passed to Lowell over 3 years ago that are managed by StepChange on my behalf. Never missed a payment, Stepchange send it every month, without fail, and I have proof from my StepChange statement.Constantly getting letters for Notice of Sum in Arrears saying that I haven't paid anything for months. Phoned them and said it was an error and they will stop them, but they still keep arriving, another 1 today!! Maybe posting it public you might actually stop with your letters that are causing more stress!!! Or is that your intention, scaring people into paying more than they can afford?!

I cant belevie they removed my last review. I make comment about how stupid they are to push you to contact them. They removed my last review and make message to contact one of their departments. HahahahAvoid contact and they can do nothing after 6 years from orriginal default they write off debt. This is what i have done with them for last 13 years.

Don’t even deserve 1star company buy some fake debts took all my private details and harassing me for years I don’t owe no money told them exactly my side of story about 02 mobile services provider no service bad net work issue 6 months on nothing going well so had to cancelled my contract with 02 rubbish customer service Misled me and still claiming I had to pay them money 02 let me down gave them lots of time to fix my problem. If you sign a mobile contract it is two way contract they have to provide service or customer should have right to cancel. 02 demanding me money when paid for bad network service. I should clime compensation instead sold me bad mobile contract and misled me…Lowell and 02 don’t care about customer right.
