I rang lowell this morning Saturday the 29th of April and spoke to an amazing customer service rep (Amanda Jackson) I found the conversion so refreshing I deal with a few collection companies and never have I spoke to someone so amazing she deserves all the praise in the world thank you so much

Another letter in the bin. I owe nothing to this company. Letters not even in my name.Please explain? Why am i still recieving them for other people? I have provided proof over and over again these people don't live at my address. I have lived here 30 years. Same typical reply as last time. Like i said i have lived here 30 years.I have provided a council tax letter. A copy of my credit reffrence which is excellent.The lad lived at a number 2 Saulsbury cresent. Never at this address.

I have been trying to deal with this Company for years. Total waste of time I now just ignore them. They have now even stooped so low as to get Trustpilot to threaten to remove genuine bad reviews if the reviewer does not not get in touch with Lowells. I thought Trustpilot was unbiased till now.
