don't be fooled

Lowells Finance have sent me several text messages over a long period of time. They are all addressed to Ms Katie Williamson. This is not me.. My name is nothing like that name. The first few times I had missed calls from them and text I called them. They accepted that I am not the debtor they are looking for and promised to take me off the list. Since then they have continued texting me. I realise now that this is really a scam and I am not calling them again to clear my name. Out of interest it would be good to find out if they send millions of other people messages addressed to a random name. I think it is a trap to get vulnerable people to take out loans - shame on themThank you Lowells for saying I can contact them in their reply but I went to the page that they gave and no I am sorry but how do I contact tem from that page? To send an e.mail you have to register with them - why would I register with a company that I have no business with? Then I can phone but I have done this several times over the last couple of years and am fed up now because nothing gets done. Then there is the make a complaint option but you have to click on a menu with 3 options. I don't fit into any of those options e.g. an account holder so I can't even submit a complaint.Please don't treat normal members of the public like this. There is a reason that you make it so hard to sort these issues out and that looks to like to continue harassing vulnerable people and hiding behind a smoke screen when your scam business is highlighted on social media and sites such as trust pilot you pretend you are doing the right thing. You are not doing the right thing and the public can see that. My next steps if I get anymore from you is to take it much further to trading standards and get the financial reporter from the Sunday paper that I read and any government department to get your name blacklisted. I have already reported this to action fraud and will continue.

They seem to have email problems. Unable to send anything to them all bounces back Cxxxxx_SxxxxxxLWSVET.lowell2.localYour message couldn't be delivered and there was no valid enhanced status code being issued by the remote mail system to determine the exact cause, status: '550 Administrative prohibition - envelope blocked - [xlYQ0jEgN_GBflXuaydI2w.uk263]'.I have just come out of hospital and still serious unwell but this company seems to ignore this and just wants to hound me regardless for a debt that apparently over 13 years old that I am still none the wiser about. I am currently off long term sick. tried to send evidence of this but unable to. it seems alright for them to hound and threaten but when i clearly trying to prove i am unable to cope it falling on deaf ears. I have hardly any money as it is and just about coping. I do not need this on top. just adding to more stress that i do not need. I am in alot of pain due to my illness and cannot take any more. sort out your mail issues I have had to raise this to FOS due to this problem. there clearly a coms and complaint failure here where i am stuck between the two.

Lowell recently took over an existing debt, I duly set up a direct debit with there agreement. Now I have received a request for my wife to set up a payment plan for the same debt this is unacceptable.
