I received my Pippa bag in gold as a gift from my daughter in July, I have honestly used nothing else since, The leather is beautiful, it’s kept it’s colour and my essentials fit neatly. Perfect little bag, l love it ❤️
I have ordered from LRM multiple times and the bag I have just ordered came and my initials were on the back of the bag in the wrong place so they asked me to send it back and they would refund me the postage and send out a new bag I had to chase them up to refund the postage the new bag they sent out the tag came off on the first use their reply was to close the gap myself with a pair of pliers? I could but it’s not the point when you spend £92 on a bag I didn’t like the customer service I recieved on this order and will now not order from them again!
I ordered my wife a custom bag for holiday that she could use as a hand bag or over shoulder bag. Really good quality and lovely looking bag. I liked it so much I also went back and got my self a brown toiletries bag with my initials. Great products!
