Faulty items, no responses or refunds

I am waiting for a reply from you on 2 faulty backpacks I returned, which I evidenced with videos and pictures - I’ve been chasing you for a month to resolve this. You don’t reply to emails, instagram messages and there is no phone number. When will I receive a refund for my faulty products? Terrible customer service - you used to be trustworthy, now the products come with broken elastics, zips that don’t close and no refunds or responses. I previously purchased with you with no issues, but now I never would again. When will I receive my refund?

Quality Bags Great Prices

I have now purchased three bags from LRM the quality is exceptional for the price , The bags are beautiful and I love the personalisation. Customer service I would give 10 out of 10. I had a query with second purchase and they were able to resolve it within minutes and they then e-mailed to keep updated. I can’t wait to make more purchases . Quality bags .Great value .

I recently discovered LRM

I recently discovered LRM, and I am incredibly impressed—perhaps even a little obsessed, (I've gone a bit overboard and purchased several styles!). I used to be a fan of designer bags, particularly from Coach and Mulberry, but I absolutely adore these bags and will definitely be an LRM girl from now on!Now, I just need to plan my autumn/winter collection!

Great Work Bag

Work Bag , Good quality bag I used it on a daily basis . Large enough for laptop etc . Only disappointment was side pocket designed for water bottle had no bottom on it so once it stretch after a few uses it no longer held the bottle . Luckily bag was big enough to take bottle

Poor quality and customer service response

Purchased the fleur Leather bag and on the first use it literally fell apart! The zip fell off and the strap broke, it seems like the stitches didn’t go through the leather. I emailed the company and explained and their response was it’s out of the 6 month warranty! These are occasional bags and are marketed as such and therefore many customers won’t use them all the time.How to lose a customer in 5 seconds!! I won’t buy again. If they’d looked at my account they would see I have approximately 10 of their bags so they can see I’m a genuine customer or at least I was.

Amazing quality bags and amazing customer service

I’ve have bought bags from LRM for the last 5 years and have always been so happy with 1.The fabulous bag quality 2.The packaging and time sent 3.The amazing customer service (Why I’m surprised to see some reviews but I do know their systems were down a couple of weeks ago)As buying about 5/6 bags of them I’ve returned a couple to exchange and one refund and have NEVER had ANY trouble in the process.The bags always get compliments and bags I’ll keep for ever as they are so well made, classic and timeless. Don’t think twice about buying from them, as I know I’m a fussy customer and a perfectionist and I’ve been so happy with every purchase.X

Ordered the Gold Heart Bag which was…

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Ordered the Gold Heart Bag which was supposed to be in time for a wedding, but didn’t arrive in time. It didn’t arrive for another 2 weeks and this is after numerous calls and messaging. Finally received a message from Rachel apologising saying she’d just come back from Florence. She had obviously put the order through and gone away and didn’t follow up to make sure it had been sent out. It finally arrived and I requested to return and a refund. It took at least another week for a reply. I was told it couldn’t be returned as it had been personalised! It was a standard order with nothing added. I mentioned trading standards and refreshed their memories about returns policies. Eventually I received the return address and promptly returned it. It then took another couple of weeks, several messages, emails and phone calls to receive my refund. Very prompt and attentive when taking orders, but it’s a different story if you want to return an item. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
