This is a GREAT service. We were heading to France for a wedding and had a suitcase full of wedding clothes. But first we were doing to do some traveling in Italy. So we decided to ship the wedding wardrobe using Luggage to Ship. Every person in the company and customer service was compassionate, kind, efficient and competent, and they reassured us that our items would arrive safely to the best of their ability, using Fedex. Well, we shipped our stuff on Wednesday with great trepidation about whether it would arrive in time. To our AMAZEMENT it was there by the next day! Great work, everyone. Will definitely use again!
I appreciated your representatives diligence. I had mistakenly put in the wrong address and had it not been for your representative’s attention to detail it would not have been brought to my notice and my bags would either have been lost or delivered back to me with hefty fees. My rep called to inform me of a potential problem with delivery. Just noticing the possible problem indicates great customer service. He then worked with me patiently to identify alternate solutions. Thanks to his help I'm confident my luggage will arrive when and where I expect.
