I received a broken dresser over a month ago and I still haven’t received support from someone to come fix it. Metro has lost my notes 3 different times now so I just continue to have to repeat my situation. In the meantime, my dresser continues to get slightly damaged and I paid over $3000 for this. I am so disappointed by how awful this experience has been and that there isn’t better service for such high ticket items.
I ordered a light fixture and it came damaged. I noticed the damage immediately and I did not even take the fixture out of its original packaging box. I requested to return it and they took it back but did not credit me my shipping charge. This is not a fair policy as the product was damaged.

The ordering process was simple. The communication was pretty clear. I would have liked to have been offered a way to request a COI for delivery, as my building requires it. While the photos are very representative of it- I have found the table is cheaply made. The legs must have been over tightened by the delivery team, because they are torqued over an inch tighter at the bottom than top. The table top itself is bowed in the middle making it uneven. I thought this would be a good purchase for the $2K price tag, but it's actually pretty cheaply constructed
