Disappointing

I placed an order 10 days ago and still haven’t received any update on when it is going to ship. I wish they estimated shipping times at checkout or at least sent an email after saying they are experiencing delays, if that’s the case. They email a survey but can’t provide any information about the status of your order.

I placed an order with L&G over a week…

I placed an order with L&G over a week ago. Never heard anything from them about my order. This survey made me look into it. You follow tracking on an app called Shop ( hate that you need a third party app that’s sells things to track your order!). That got me no answers about my order. Had to search out the answers myself to find out that it will be shipping later this week. So I never received my order but I did receive the survey. Careful what you ask for.

Nice contemporary furniture

The website was easy to navigate and the response to my order was quick. I love the stool that I ordered, just felt it was a little overpriced for item after receiving it and looking at the construction.
