Review Time
This was my first time purchasing from their site and the shipping time is extremely long. Almost two weeks!!! I also don’t like the high shipping prices for certain items. I would definitely purchase more things from them if these two things improved
If I can give them zero I would. I ordered my item 3/2/23 and no update on my item. I haven’t received it. They definitely took my money from my account really fast but the product hasn’t been shipped or delivered. Still waiting on my item…. Where is it?**Update on item: received on March 18 and item was very poorly wrapped which is probably what caused item to be shattered upon delivery.
My order was somehow never processed by your company and sent the supplier. There has been more than a month delay at this point and it still hasn’t shipped. The best you could do was waive the shipping fee? This is atrocious.
