The ordering process was simple. The communication was pretty clear. I would have liked to have been offered a way to request a COI for delivery, as my building requires it. While the photos are very representative of it- I have found the table is cheaply made. The legs must have been over tightened by the delivery team, because they are torqued over an inch tighter at the bottom than top. The table top itself is bowed in the middle making it uneven. I thought this would be a good purchase for the $2K price tag, but it's actually pretty cheaply constructed

I purchased the Ceramic Bathroom Accessories by Nest the Soap Dispenser. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials used in its construction. The color of the ceramic and its spout match perfectly. I like the soft ivory color - it's simple and beautiful. I would highly recommend this Soap Dispenser to family and friends.
I needed to ask a question about my trade account...and could not talk to a person by phone. I left an email as instructed but did not hear back for a few days and timing was important for our project. When the person did answer me back, she did not address the question that I asked and so I had to ask her again ...the same thing on an email. This was a simple question that could have been answered in one minute by phone. Anyway, the area rug arrived quickly and is good.
