I purchase a Rattan Basket from Neat. I love my basket and wish they made a bigger size. My item arrived well packaged and perfect. It suits my needs to a tee. So much, that I ordered another one during the anniversary sale. Wish I'd bought both at the discounted price, but c'et la vie. Highly recommend. PS- It was on backorder and it was shipped shortly after it was restocked.
I love this rug! It’s funky, beautiful, and well made. The only reason I’m didn’t give 5 stars, is because the shipping is SO expensive. L&G charge an additional 10% on whatever you buy, which feels like highway robbery. How do they get away with this?
I love my Adara bed! I got it in cream Sherpa. It was so easy to put together. My boyfriend and I did it ourselves. It’s gorgeous, great quality, very sturdy, and once again Lulu & Georgia nailed it in every way. I’ve never been disappointed with any purchase.
I placed an order on 9/19/23. I ordered 2 items: the Maddie Bed and salad servers. I ended up canceling the Maddie Bed because it wasn’t expected to ship until at least 10/23. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the second item (the salad servers) as of 10/6. I received an email on 9/29 stating my item had shipped; however, when I check the order status online it states the following: “We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” As of today, 10/6, still no update or product. For multiple reasons, including poor customer service and long wait times—to hear back from representative and receive my item—I would not recommend this company nor will I be ordering from this company again. I had high expectations that simply weren’t met.EDIT (9/10/23): I sent an email on Friday, Saturday, and Monday regarding my order after being told my items were delivered. No response since. No package. No tracking number. Nothing. I’m a little confused why I’m getting a quicker response via this review than when any other method (chat, email, etc.). I would like to again reiterate that I placed my order on 9/19. It’s been nearly a month and I’m still dealing with the insanity of this company.
