Really bad experience

Really bad experience, the prompts dont give what you want even if you give it super detailed. Also the servers are down now. Really bad, wouldnt recommend, spent 10 euros for nothing.

Disappointing

I rarely give reviews but this is such a disappointing platform! Imagine charging me to give such poor results. It won't even let me upload a 3MB sized video! Not to mention having to "wait in a queue" for results. Buy a coffee rather than spend your money subscribing to this. I don't even like coffee

By far the worst platform for video…

By far the worst platform for video generationI’ve rarely had such a terrible experience as with Luma AI. This platform feels completely unfinished, the results are extremely disappointing, and nothing like what is being advertised. Instead of professional video generation, you get useless clips with no quality or creativity whatsoever.The whole process is frustrating, slow, and absolutely not user-friendly. Even after multiple attempts, not a single result was usable. For me, it was a complete waste of time and money – absolutely not recommended.

Today, the images I generated are either of powerpoint slide style, seriously deformed style and even a number of static images without any animation. I'm really amazed by how Lumalabs is fooling customers!

Keep charging me months after closing my account

I have been using their services for some image creation. After few months I closed the account, but the money is still going off my bank account. 30 USD every month, even after sending them emails about it.

Luma Continue Charging me after I Unsubscribed

I wasn't using their services for more than 2 months, and I unsubscribed before last month they tried to charge me. After multiple attempts to contact their support, and after several failed attempts to charge my card because I didn't have money on it at that moment, they finally charged me even though I was unsubscribed before that.Customer support is non-existentThat's a shame because I liked the service. It was ok for some of my needs and not expensive. I just didn't want to use it for some time cause I didn't need it at this moment, but after this, I will NEVER use it again.Shame on you Luma INC.

Don't do it; it's not worth it. I did it, I regret it, and won't ever pay for it again. I won't follow the instructions I'm given, and it's just bad (no refunds after purchase, as they say all sales are final).

Over priced, Inflexible and poor quality

Over priced, annual subscription model and it's pretty damn useless using ray2 or ray2 flash. Waiting times are in light years for generation, Pollo does it soo much better, don't waste your time and money on this junk. The UI is also bizarre and not especially intuitive.

The site was up for two days, and then stopped working on Saturday, and still not up yet, can't reach out their support, tried emailing back one of their announcement emails, the email bounced back, can't reach anyone to get my money back.I have opened a dispute with my bank
