Lumalabs seemed amazing at the start – fast and impressive service! But once the monthly credit ran out, everything changed. Generating new images went from taking 5 minutes in relaxed mode is now taking a whopping 55 minutes. Customer support is nonexistent – they replied once when I asked for help and input, but after I requested a refund, they’ve completely ignored me. My last 8 inquiries? Not a single response.It feels like Lumalabs isn’t interested in building a solid reputation or caring for their customers. Instead, it seems like they’re just out to make a quick buck. Really disappointing experience – steer clear if you want something reliable!
Completely USELESS AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY AND REFUND YOU! DON’t buy It and if you use free trial, don’t forget to cancel it on time, in order to avoid change! This kind of situations are very disappointing in the world of AI, because if the AI product is useless, the provider will choose to ignore you completely, betting on money but not on the customer satisfaction… Shameful!
Used it a small amount so far to generate a few videos from a still image, it's not awful, but it's refusing to follow the prompt of a static camera shot without any warping of the visuals, so another disappointment with AI video generating. Tech just isn't there, not worth paying for currently
The best Ai video maker but the free version takes far too long for one video. It can take several days i queue before the video is ready. I understand that those who paid for it will be first, but days in queue for non payers? It is not reasonable.
