So I originally got this for my german shepherd who has hip dysplasia and it was working really good for like 2 weeks but then it just stopped turning on. I was pretty bummed cause he was already moving better. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement completely free no questions asked which was awesome. The new one has been working perfectly for over a month now and my boy is doing so much better. Way less limping and he can actually go up the stairs again without struggling. Really appreciate how they handled it and the product definately works for his hips
We have been using this red light pad since November and I can clearly see a positive difference. Earlier, I used to take my baby for hydrotherapy sessions, but after getting this for home use, I have been relying on it instead. It’s truly an amazing product. I can see my baby is more active, comfortable, and not in pain anymore. I am completely satisfied with this product.
Got the red light therapy pad for my 9 yr old beagle with joint stiffness and wow what a diffrence! She used to struggle getting on the couch and now shes jumping up like she used to. Super easy to use and she doesnt mind it at all, actually falls asleep during treatments lol. Shipping speed could definitely be better. But overall recommend for anyone with an older pup!!

Instead of receiving answers, I was blocked. That’s disappointing and raises concerns about transparency.
When companies make health-related claims, open communication should be the bare minimum. Blocking customers for asking questions doesn’t inspire trust

As someone who owns 3 dachshunds that are prone to IVDD, and someone studying on animal naturopathy, it’s important that I find ways and products to benefit their health and wellbeing. Incredibly proud of this product and the benefits it gives my pups. Highly recommend!
Have used the red light therapy for my dog a few times now and he’s just totally relaxed with it on! You can tell that there is a soothing feeling and that he feels comfortable ! We use it primarily for prevention and are very happy with the product.
I was delivered a faulty unit, after numerous back and forth emails, sending umpteen videos I was told I could post it back to Canada at my cost and also pay a 15% restock fee which I refused to do. I was then told I had been given wrong instructions for use and send more videos, they finally admitted it was faulty and they would arrange a refund. From then on I have had generic emails saying sorry we are dealing with it. I gave them ample opportunity to make things right, which they have not. Luckily I paid with my credit card so my bank have stepped in. AVOID
Bought this for my senior cat whos has been dealing with some mobility issues and im so glad I did. Within a couple weeks I noticed her moving around thehouse more and even playing with her toys again which she hadnt done in months. It heats up slightly which she loves, she just lays right on it and purss. !
