Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware. I did not find LUMI to be especially helpful. Clothing descriptions are deceptively broad and vague. LUMI rolled my subscription into an annual subscription to which I did not agree. I cancelled less than an hour after they charged me for the new one-year subscription. They still charged me. When I requested a refund, they refused. Their manner of dealing with such requests is cold and calculated citing their policies, which are clearly defined to protect their bottom line and not provide human consideration. So if you want a fashion forward service, this is not it. Find another. If you want to deal with a company that has common decency and humane flexibility, LUMI is NOT that company. Find another.
I wouldn’t give them any stars if it were possible. I paid the basic fee of 6.99 and they took another 29.95 from my account without my consent. I emailed them the same day and they cancelled the account but won’t pay the larger payment back, they said that I can use it towards buying something as if!

I have not had a good experience with this company. I would suggest buyer beware. There are no refunds. I only used the service for two months and realized it was not for me. I then forgot all about this company until money was withdrawn from my account. There was no reminder or contact with me prior to the charge. I reached out and was told flatly there are no refunds.
