Nothing is personalized! I submitted the survey and never received a curated outfit recommendation as indicated in the subscription details.The styling journey tour is stuck on day one of the planner. Today is day 3. Day 2 and 3 are locked and not able to be opened. I asked for a refund since their website is broken. This is simular to buying a salad but not getting any lettuce, just a receipt and a menu to buy other food. Almost every link on their site has an additional charge. They said "personal reasons" or "financial reasons" are not valid refund reasons.
Lumi represents themselves real good. They have taken the time to know what the customers are looking for and what they need as far as in-depth help on suggestions and knowing what to get for themselves. I am feeling lucky and knowing that I'll come out on a more positive note in regards to my dressing days so it's going to be in a new experience for me and I'm sure as well it will be for you too as well with me
Purchased a new pod after having my old pod for 3 years. New pod has a slow leak coming from somewhere. Several emails from several different people at Lumi stating they need to know where the leak is coming from before they can offer a replacement. I dont know where the leak is..... several times back and forth stating this. Their product is poor quality and the customer service the same. Avoid the new pods.
