I love this platform and that you get to talk with a real stylist and not AI. The website was a little hard to navigate,from FB to the actual website. The stylist was super sweet and very willing to listen to my wants and needs, adjustng pieces to the best of her understanding of my style. The only downside, and what I'm afraid will drive many away is the wait time between each style session. One outfit every month is not a good selling point.
Scam. Do not trust this app. Lumi explicitly advertises that customers’ subscription fees are converted into shopping credit. Once I had paid and was in the app, it became clear they do not ship to Switzerland and you cannot shop anything. I contacted Lumi within the first hours. They acknowledge that they cannot provide the service, (“coming in 12 months…”) yet refuse to refund my annual subscription fee. Lumi states this is a “personal issue” if I am not liking the service. Beware!!
Horrible customer service. I forgot to cancel auto renew and emailed them just 1 day after, and they refused to do anything and basically said you gave us consent when you signed up. I’ve had this issue with other companies and they ALWAYS do something. Stay away.
