This is only available on the website and it's. I had no idea I was being charged for this service, nor did I know it was being renewed. I asked immediately on the renewal for a cancelation and refund and the canceled the subscription but kept the $199 for the year that was canceled. Shame on you. This is fraud.

All Upsells, No Value…

I signed up for LUMI styling services and spent less than 10 minutes on the site before canceling. After paying $20, all I encountered were constant upsells—no meaningful styling services, no value, just prompts to spend more money.I canceled the membership almost immediately and requested a refund, especially since I did not use or benefit from ANY of their services. Despite this, I received a response from their so-called customer “service” stating that I would not be getting my money back.This feels incredibly misleading and predatory. Charging customers, delivering nothing of substance, and then refusing a refund when the service wasn’t used is unacceptable.I will not be recommending LUMI to anyone.

Waiting for refund

I was charged £74.58 renewal fee without any notification so I immediately cancelled my account. When I asked for a refund I was refused and offered money to buy clothes instead. I don’t like the clothes which is why I wanted to cancel my account. Dreadful patronising emails from “customer service” too. Don’t use this company! Update - as of 27/1/26 I have now been promised a refund of the £74 by Lumi. I will update again once it’s received.
