I purchased a head torch in November 2024. It’s sustained a fault where it just flashes and won’t stay on anymore only 10mths old and had a email back from the company and Phoebe said it’s out of warranty now sorry we cannot replace or refund you with a new headtorch. No help whatsoever! AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! Amazon do better quality and price!!!
Do not buy from this company! Utter scam!I am still waiting for the lights I purchased, like other people, I’ve been fobbed off with false information to put me out of the 30 day returns, no doubt! I requested a refund several times but just get a generic, AI generated email back! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs! You don’t need the hassle!
Made an order of 2 pairs of pants and a hat which qualified me for a free pair of socks, the order was over 4 weeks ago, I received an email to say part of my order was ready to be dispatched soon after the order and I then received the hat and socks, I have emailed countless times regarding the trousers and I keep getting the same automated response from Phoebe, you can not speak to a real person and it looks like I won’t be getting my order, hopefully this review saves you the trouble of dealing with this company.
I bought 4 of these lights, one for each of my sons and one for myself. We are all very pleased with them as they are brilliant (literally!), and the motion sensor for operating on/off by just waving your hand is very useful too.I emailed Luxelight as I had a query re operating the motion sensor (there were no instructions with the lights) and Phoebe replied promptly with instructions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and their great head torches!
Not UK based, ship from China and take ages to come, also take the videos and screenshots from their Instagram with a pinch of salt, especially the one in the woods, looks like the guy is holding a high powered torch in his left hand, you can see that as the beam is focused on the trees in the top right, having said that they are OK and good for short distance work around the house and outside jobs but you might as well just buy any of the other 100 branded ones from Amazon and get it next day as the LuxeLight branded ones are nothing special.
I wouldnt recommend ordering from this company. I ordered 2 LED headlights. 1 became faulty after 30 days and they refused to refund or replace even after sending videos of the faulty light. Emailed several times and I just received an automated response, they were not bothered. Overall Poor customer service and no warranty on items plenty of other companies out there you can order this LED headlight from and cheaper.
