Unsatisfactory dog collars

The dog collars have poor battery life, draining in less than an hour, and they seem poorly made and not waterproof. The website looks appealing, but it doesn’t reflect the actual product quality.

Delayed shipment

Similar to previous experiences, I ordered lights and was charged on November 15th. I followed up on the 22nd and was told my order was on its way, but I still haven't received anything. I’ve requested a refund, so I hope to see some action.

I ordered 1 headlight and have looked at my bank statement and they have added something on and charged me twice. I have emailed them and they insist I have ordered 2. I've sent them a copy of my email which states I ordered 1.I'm fuming!

Poor quality product! Wouldn’t buy or recommend

Bought one for my partner. He said it was good and lightweight. Helped him whilst doing his job. How ever within three weeks the product started to lose led lights. Emailed customer service twice with no response. Reached out on Facebook messenger instead and got a response back but then was left on read had to chase again, I really am not hold in my breath for a replacement to be sent out. I do not have trust in the company as the customer service is so poor and I feel like everyone’s are faulty or breaking and then they can’t get a refund or replacement.You get what you pay for I guess. I bet they are never worth full price as they are marked up on the websites as ‘half price’Wouldn’t buy again or recommend

Avoid! Cheap tat!

Don’t do it! Avoid! Total tat! I made the mistake of ordering the head torch as I liked the design with the wide beam. It’s just cheap tat. The battery lasted less than an hour and the clip on the strap randomly broke. I have complained but they are being very difficult. Offered a replacement said no I want a refund as another will just be the same? They have now said I should pay to return the item. It is faulty! Fuming.
