I bought 5 of these as xmas gifts. Got a bit worried when there was a long wait before delivery and was starting to think I had been scammed through an Instagram ad HOWEVER everything arrived as ordered, plus a couple of free extras. Very pleased. Hubby used one today to mend our fence panel. He's now one of the 5 getting one for christmas!
Update @ 6pm, today 16th December: my order has now been delivered. All appears okay. I’m pleased it finally arrived.My order from 24/11/24 has not arrived. I’ve emailed a few times but just receive an automated response. My tracking link reports that my items were ‘attempted delivery’ on 3 occasions - I don’t believe this is true. The tracking code now says my items are undeliverable. I don’t think I’m going to get my goods or my money back. I emailed to ask where my goods are and I’ve had yet another response from ‘Phoebe’, thanking me for reaching out and asking me to leave a response on trustpilot. I do not recommend this company - items are from China, the 6 day delivery time is a lie.
The advertising states 'Express UK delivery' that remains to be seen, but, it's dispatched from China. Ordered on 16th December and according to the tracking it departed original airport on 21st. No chance of it being here for Christmas. It's so unlike me not to do my research, if I'd seen these reviews I wouldn't have ordered. Update 28th Dec, still not arrived.Update Arrived 28th Dec, pleased with the head torches. The company would do themselves a favour by letting customers know true delivery times.
I ordered 3 with storage cases for Christmas with some trepidation as they were coming from China. I've been 'had' a couple of times before from internet buying so tend to avoid it.But so pleased I went ahead. Not only did they arrived on time (Christmas Eve) but they were already charged. My husband and daughter were delighted with them. Hubbie has been using his for mechanic work on his Motorbike and my daughter for doing her X-stitch sewing. Both love the 'hand' operational function. The 3rd one is for me to use when coming out if work at night and it gives much better visibility than the normal head torches. Very reasonable prices, great service.
