Review Time
My main concern was how long it took for delivery. Not a lot of help with tracking and I sent a message to Phoebe. TBF when I found out it was coming from china I must say I had couple weeks panicking about getting my money back. Wondered how I was gonna tell my husband I had been ripped off ha ha. I don’t normally buy off Facebook. As it transpired I did start to get tracking messages and lo and behold they arrived yesterday 12th. I turned one on to try it wow it seems amazing. They are for Xmas presents so hvnt given them a true test yet. But yes happy so far despite the initial delay don’t like buying from china as quality is not normally good. Time will tell.
Great headtorches. We use them every evening when outside with ponies, and they have been perfect for putting Xmas lights up outside in the dark!One of the charging leads unfortunately didn't work but Phoebe in customer services was super quick on the emails!! A replacement one soon arrived. Many thanks
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYThey imply all over their website that this is a UK based operation and that the items are shipped from the UK but in fact they ship from China. I did not realise this until I checked the tracking information for my order. They pretend that this is due to increased demand but I can see from other reviews that this is a standard response. Their Customer Support is appalling and all they do is send generic copy & paste messages saying there has been high demand and delay, but they haven't actually addressed any of my questions. The products when they eventually arrived (after the 5-7 business days specified) are of mediocre quality. I doubt they will last very long and I definitely won't be buying replacements from here. The only reason I am not returning them is because I think it would cause too much stress trying to get a refund from this company, which is probably part of their policy. They appear to have an approach of making it difficult to get anything sensible out of them and I am sure many people just give up in frustration.For me... never again! I have learned my lesson.
My Luxelight finally arrived the other day - they had been swamped with orders but the company kept me informed on a regular basis on progress of its shipping, particularly after I expressed difficulties in understanding the tracking process so Pheobe emailed me personally to keep me up to date. The light is great, very light-weight and doesn't slip down onto my nose when going about my business. It's a pretty good 'beam', I suppose you can call it. Good value for money, too, at only £20.
Bought as a Christmas gift so can’t comment on how it performs yet but customer service was good. Got a quick answer to my query as it was not delivered as expected. However it arrived 2 days later. No problems just due to the heavy demand at this time of year. Just to add, my partner is so impressed with this and its functionality. Highly recommend
