Took a while to arrive, but I received order confirmation and tracking details, so no problem on that score. Works straight out of the box and it’s fantastic. Very comfortable and lightweight and the amount of light it kicks out is absolutely brilliant - very bright and I really like the motion sensor element. I notice someone complained there were no instructions - there aren’t, but in all seriousness how hard is it to press a couple of buttons and have a play with it to find out how it works? It’s hardly a rocket ship…
I was presented with an offer on Facebook for the 4-in-1 Camp light. I've been interested in both these and the head lamp for a while so I followed the link and was presented with an offer for 1, 2 or 3 camp lights with varying 'free gifts' accompanying them. I ordered three because that offer was accompanied by a key chain light and the head lamp. I received a short text message of confirmation but not a detailed order confirmation. Used to getting orders quickly on about Day 5 I started to think I'd been scammed so I emailed them. I have been in conversation with 'Phoebe' ever since. Long story short, the camp lights arrived, along with a key chain light....and a pair of socks. The camp lights are great (although weirdly they charge using a USB-C - The USB-C end goes into the plug and the USB-A end into the light -so I've also had to buy three converters) BUT my attempt to get them to correct the peculiar inclusion of mens socks instead of the promised head lamp has been an exercise in frustration. For a start 'Phoebe' keeps calling me by my surname even though I sign every email with my actual name...Rude. I've been asked for pictures of what arrived, then proof of payment (even though they've already delivered the order), and I've basically hit a brick wall of denial that this was actually what I was promised. Doesn't matter how good the lights are - If you lie I will NEVER use you again nor recommend your products to anyone. AVOID.
Avoid. As per others, payment swiftly taken, no order confirmation provided, no goods received and Luxe Light ("Phobe") conveniently has no record of the order/transaction.Of course, with no order confirmation provided and an order number required by Luxe Light to track said order, we go round in circles...Dispute raised with bank.
